La Cucino di Ciro

This is a wonderful restaurant in Parktown North! The food is wonderful and very upmarket (a mix of seafood, Italian and modern fusion). It is a little pricey, so a good option to impress a date or a fancy business lunch. I went for book club, and it was really fun. It gets a little loud, but the ambiance is so beautiful and makes up for it.

I ordered a tomato, coconut and coriander soup for starters; couscous and vegetable casserole for mains (though the salmon looked good) and creme brule for dessert. The creme brule was amazing!!! (wow!)

I wish I had taken pictures! But I would recommend you try it out!

Where: 43, 7th Avenue Parktown North
